• Maintenance of a machine from the beginning of testing (mean time between failures) for new machines till final delivery to the Customer with a Record of performed works signed by both parties.
• Maintenance of a machine from the start of operation (for machines received for major overhaul or modernization) till final delivery to the Customer with a Record of performed works signed by both parties.
• Training of operators, technologists and other Customer’s specialists within a specified quantity of hours (both theoretical and practical).
• Warranty and post-warranty service of delivered machines.

Our specialists handle methods of work and adjustment of control systems to perfection and are able to complete any technical and software-based tasks.

A delivered machine is examined by the Customer for compliance with technical requirements of the manufacturer, certificate standards of accuracy.

Operating ability check is performed in the mode of non-process run and (if it is necessary) a testing part (or a batch of parts) is produced.
